Cancellation notice:

All new clients will require a free consultation and skin test for colour services-and a 50% deposit to secure appointments.

Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% CANCELLATION FEE.

🔴clients who do not attend their appointment and do not provide notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

We recognise that emergency’s happen. If you experience an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at out discretion.
